Warranty, Exchange & Return Policy

 

Warranty Policy: We proudly offer a 1-year warranty that covers color change only.


Please note:

•This warranty does not cover misuse or physical damage, including but not limited to breakage, cuts, bending, or improper handling.

•Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or incorrect use is not included under the warranty.

-Hygiene Policy: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we cannot offer Exchange on earrings or piercings once the courier has left your location.

Exchange & Return Policy

Returns are only accepted while the courier is still standing outside at the time of delivery. Please check your order immediately before accepting the package. Once the order is received, it cannot be returned

•Exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

•Once approved, the exchange process takes 2 to 5 business days to be completed.


•Items must be unworn, unused, and exchanged in their original condition exactly as received 


•Courier Fees applies on the customer for all exchange orders  .
